Website Terms of Service

§ 1. Introductory provisions
- These Terms of Service set out the rules for the provision of services by electronic means via the sniegula.com website.
- Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
- The Service Provider is a Polish sole-trader who supplies a guiding service (single tourist service) within the meaning of art. 4(1)(e) of the Polish Act of 24 November 2017 on Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements. The Service Provider is not a tour operator, does not arrange package tours and is not entered in the Central Register of Tour Operators and Linked Travel Arrangement Facilitators (CEOTiPT).
§ 2. Definitions

§ 4. Types and scope of Services
- Provision of information about guided expeditions, video courses and training
- Booking form — submission of an expression of interest in joining a guided expedition (an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of art. 71 of the Polish Civil Code)
- Contact form — enquiries regarding the offer
§ 5. Technical requirements
An up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled, together with an active email address, is required.
§ 9. Complaints
Complaints shall be submitted to kontakt@sniegula.com. Time for response: 14 days. Failure to respond within this period shall be deemed acceptance of the complaint.
§ 10. Protection of personal data
The data controller is the Service Provider. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
§ 11. Intellectual property
All Website content is the property of the Service Provider and is protected by copyright. Any copying shall require prior written consent.
§ 12. Final provisions
Governing law: Polish law. Disputes with Consumers shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Consumer’s place of residence. ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These Terms shall enter into force on: 16 April 2026.
